We are a "home" based bakery. Priding ourselves in creating hand crafted artisan baked goods. Our baked goods are mixed and prepared completely by hand. No equipment is used in our processes.

We do not have a retail store front. We bake to order so we don't have
product in stock. We DO offer pickup and delivery. Please allow 2 days
to complete orders.
How you order:
Place your order online by clicking here or click the (place an order) tab
at the top of this page. Your order will then be prepped for a 24hr
fermentation period. Orders will be baked the following morning
after the long fermentation period. It is then fresh
and ready for pickup or delivery. (2-days)
Great sourdough requires long fermentation periods (24-36 hours)
to achieve the complex flavors in sourdough.

We are a small family "cottage kitchen". Which means we are not subject to the same inspection criteria as a licensed commercial kitchen would be. So we are legally only allowed to sell directly to consumers at farmers markets or through media channels (ei: facebook, craigslist, newspaper word-of-mouth). We do not currently have a retail store, but we offer pickup and delivery to the Port Townsend, Port Hadlock, Chimacum, and Port Ludlow areas.
